How much time do I need each week?
Plan for 5-7 hours across the week. Short lessons and workouts fit into a real schedule.
Do I need equipment?
No special equipment required. A mat is helpful; light bands/weights are optional. If you need help with recommendations - feel free to reach out.
What if I fall behind?
You’ll have access to re‑watch lessons. The community and mindset tools help you restart without the “start over” spiral.
Do I get one on one support
